This was the first of two 'stand-alone' episodes I directed (highlights of the second can be seen by clicking Clip 2) and was quite a departure for Casualty. It follows a single character who, whilst comatose, revisits her past in an attempt to hide from her future. It was pitched as a 'whole life in a single episode'. A wonderful concept that gave me plenty of directorial inspiration.

This was the first time in the shows 23 year history that it achieved 'Drama of the Week' in the Radio Times.
